RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

NO RETURN OR REFUND ON FISH.

All fish sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on fish. A 25% restocking fee will apply to any cancellation or exchange of a live fish order, regardless of the reason. Koi sex is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Measurements are approximate (±1 inch), taken from the tip of the head to the end of the tail.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Live fish will be ship via Overnight Shipping or similar express shipping method to your door. Large orders will ship via Southwest Air Cargo to closet airport. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for your fish. Customer must respond to pay for shipping fee unless on free shipping promotion. We will inform you how much of the shipping cost once order has been made. We will contact and work with you to to find the best day and time to ship your fish.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

We guarantee your Koi will arrive alive when delivery on the first delivery attempt. Customers must inspect all packages, especially fish, BEFORE YOU SIGN. Please note on the delivery receipt any obvious damage if the driver is present. IF FISH ARRIVES DECEASED (DOA): Notify us within 1 hour, send clear photo and short video of the fish. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Customer Responsibility

Once the fish has been delivered alive, the customer is fully responsible for its care and well-being.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Proper temperature and water parameter acclimation.
• Quarantine when appropriate.
• Maintaining good water quality and adequate filtration.
• Providing sufficient aeration.
• Monitoring the fish for signs of stress after shipping.

Shipping is naturally stressful for Koi, and improper acclimation or pond conditions can cause health issues after arrival. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the fish after it has been successfully delivered alive.
